These terms apply to the Unwind app ("Application") for mobile devices, created by Identity Mad LLC ("Service Provider") as a Freemium service.

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Please read them before using the Application.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, or creation of derivative versions of the Application is prohibited.

Your Data

The Application stores your personal data (such as dog profiles, logs, and walk data) on your device and your personal iCloud account. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device and your iCloud account. The Service Provider does not have access to this data.

Service Availability

Some features of the Application require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function fully due to lack of connectivity.

The Service Provider reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Application at any time. Any charges for future services will be clearly communicated before they apply.

Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying on the Application. The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

Updates

You agree to accept updates to the Application when offered. If the Service Provider ceases providing the Application, upon termination the rights granted to you under these terms will end and you must stop using the Application.

Changes to These Terms

The Service Provider may update these Terms of Service periodically. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any changes.
