This privacy policy applies to the Unwind app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Identity Mad LLC (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you use it, including:

• Your device's operating system and general device information

• Anonymous usage analytics (such as time spent in the Application and feature usage)

This data is collected through TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not collect personally identifiable information.

On-Device Data Storage

All personal data you enter into the Application (such as your dogs' profiles, logs, and walk data) is stored locally on your device and synced through your personal iCloud account. The Service Provider does not have access to this data.

Feedback Collection

If you choose to submit feedback through the Application, your responses are collected anonymously via Airtable. No personally identifiable information is collected through the feedback form.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of analytics data by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device.

Data Retention Policy

Since personal data is stored on your device and your personal iCloud account, the Service Provider does not retain your personal data on its servers. Anonymous analytics data and feedback submissions are retained for a reasonable period to improve the Application. If you'd like to request deletion of any data associated with your feedback, please contact support@identitymad.com.

Children

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at support@identitymad.com so that the necessary actions can be taken.

Security

The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and provides appropriate safeguards to protect information processed and maintained by the Application.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
